Lovely hotel conveniently located between the airport and city center. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed. The bathroom had a separate shower and bath, and there was also a separate toilet which was a nice touch. The fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room were very convenient. The hotel also had a small gym and a nice garden in the back. it was a perfect place for a weekend break if you don't mind a short 15-20 minute journey to the city center. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfort. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is gorgeous and fairly clean, has perfect staff and location. The rooms are very specious with 2 double beds and the overall experience is pleasant.

We loved this place! It was so conveniently close to the airport and directly across a large shopping center with plenty of restaurants. The room was perfect for us with a sitting area, microwave, and refrigerator. The service was amazing, especially the room service and housekeeping. The staff at the reception desk promptly assisted us with our tours and tickets while offering a welcome drink. The garden area was beautiful and relaxing, and we also enjoyed the fitness center. the staff really made us feel at home with their exceptional service.

All good — we liked our stay — food was good and gentle staff. The suite was very specious, exceptionally comfortable bed.

Great location near the airport, with a big shopping mall right across the street. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our Christmas stay even more enjoyable. the room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels, water, and toiletries replenished daily. We also appreciated the convenient amenities like a kettle and microwave in the room.

The carpet in the room appeared dirty, even though it was cleaned daily. the breakfast area was cramped and located near the lounge, which made it a bit chaotic during peak hours.

The facilities at the hotel were a bit disappointing, with plastic cups and instant coffee packets instead of glasses and a coffee machine.

We booked two rooms by mistake but the staff kindly sorted it out for us. Free bus to/from airport is a plus. Gym is open 24/7 but avoid room opposite it. Some minor issues, but overall recommendable.

Well-stocked breakfast with a variety of cold food options and toaster and egg cooker. Helpful and accommodating staff who took care of our luggage during a ski trip. Outdoor terrace and garden area is great for kids to play in.

I stayed at Novotel for a short overnight stay before catching my flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with a charger for my computer and assisting with transportation. The hotel's location is excellent, right across from a shopping center where you can find everything you need. The rooms are equipped with refrigerators, and the breakfast was delicious. a comfortable and convenient stay.

Suite box with movies, internet for free. Value for money, comfortable. Quiet side, no noise from highway. Well-laid out rooms, mini-bar, sink. Separate bath tub, shower, toilet. Accommodating, gracious staff. Nice clean rooms with fridge, kettle, sink. Privacy curtain in family room.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, offering plenty of space for me and my family. the hotel's convenient location near the airport and easy access to city transportation made it easy to get around. Plus, the friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay.

I was quite disappointed with the temperature control in the room. Despite my efforts to adjust it, the temperature remained uncomfortably high, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
